Delete Your Pitstopia Account

Use this page to request deletion of your Pitstopia account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at contact@pitstopia.com from the email address linked to your Pitstopia account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email address and any phone number associated with the account so we can verify ownership.
  4. If you cannot email us directly, contact support through our website and ask for account deletion.

What we delete

We remove your account profile, login credentials, profile details, and account-linked preferences such as saved favorites or other user settings tied to your account.

If you submitted restaurant onboarding details, we delete or anonymize those records where possible.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records required for legal, regulatory, security, abuse-prevention, or audit purposes.

Backups may persist for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed from our systems.
